I put it here because it's internal affairs, and we don't have that, so it is now News, which it is. ;) So here you go:

On August 15th, 2008, at 1:02 pm GMT, as his last act as King, Bayen deposited a large stack of paperwork in a Gralan office declaring in essence the following: "Toketi announces its wish to leave the Confederation of Gralus. This decision will become final on August 22nd, 2008, at 1:02 pm GMT, but until that time the current ruler of Toketi will have the chance to reconsider."
